Simon Sinek served as a keynote speaker at the recent International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference in San Diego. I had the privilege to be in the front and hear directly with Simon’s assessment of police leadership and organizations. There were many great takeaways for policing. I was able to edit the video that I shot on my Sony camera to about 30 minutes of the best highlights in my opinion.
